Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective films are not removed.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
